“Hi! My name’s Rooster! You might think that’s a silly name for a senior lady like myself but it’s actually quite fitting – I’m a very chatty lady. My ideal day includes me sitting in the sun, you going about your day and our endless conversations. My ideal furever family could include older children and I’d LOVE to your only furry companion.

As you can see in my pictures, I like to lounge around on the sofa on a nice soft blanket or on my foster dad’s lap getting chin scratches. I will be the first one to say good morning and last one to say good night, just ask my foster dad. So if you are looking for someone to keep you company, then I’m the gal for you!

I am move-in-ready – I am:

  • up to date on my vaccines
  • spayed
  • litterbox-trained
  • microchipped
  • 13 years young

I am currently hanging out in a foster home. So, if you’d like to learn more about me or are interested in adopting, please email a completed adoption profile to foster@providenceac.org. Then my people will call your people!

Love, Rooster 🐔

P.S. A generous donor is excited for me to find the purrrfect forever home, that they have sponsored my adoption fee. That means I can join your family today for FREE!

Even If You Can't Adopt, You Can Still Help!

    Foster Rooster

Foster parents are always needed for kittens, dogs and puppies. Some pets need as little as 2 weeks of care while others may need a few months.

No matter how little or as much time as you can dedicate, there’s an animal that would benefit from your help.

    Sponsor Rooster

Your generous sponsorship will help cover the cost of the adoption package. It will also waive the chosen animal’s adoption fee!

Pet sponsors receive updates about their sponsored pet and will be notified when that animal has found his or her forever home.
